Cora Harrison came into our class today. She is an author. She wrote books called “In the Midnight Forest” and “Wolf in the Frozen Mist”. Cora told us about herself. She is from County Clare and she is sixty nine years old. She was a primary school teacher for twenty five years.

 She read the start of “In the Midnight Forest” for us in school, we thought it was amazing and we have already read “Wolf in the Frozen Mist” in school. She got us to think of ideas and titles for her new books and said we had brilliant ideas. She wrote her Wolf books for her grandson who is six years old. Wolf is based on Cora’s own German Shepherd dog also named Wolf. Wolf is ten years old now.

 We had our photograph taken with her. It was great fun.
